Our largest room is perfect to rent for sporting groups, large family gathering, weddings, birthday parties, memorial services, cultural events and large business seminars.

Day rental rates are $600.00 + GST ( Monday to Sunday) 9 am to 3 pm
Full Day rental rate is $1,500.00 + GST (Saturday and Sunday nights (9 am 2 am))
Saturday and Sunday night only rates are $950.00 + GST (3 pm to 2 am)
Set up $200.00
Take down $300.00
Both set up and take down $400.00
The bar is $25.00 + GST an hour with the minimum of 4 hours.
Two bartenders will be required for events with more then 100 people .
Buss person $25.00 + GST per hour.
Two buss people will be required if more then 100 people .
Dish rental is $2.00 + GST per person
Small Hall
Perfect for small gatherings, with a seating capacity of 60, this room also has direct access and use of the kitchen area, but not the bar. Main floor location. Because this room is home to our community association meetings so hours of availability and decorating options of this room are limited.

Rental rate is $60.00 + GST an hour minimum 2-hour rental

Upper Hall (Mezzanine)
Located upstairs, this room is perfect for small social gatherings....card groups, yoga, book clubs.....
This room has no handicap access and has no access to a kitchen or bar area.

Booking Notes
All bookings require a damage deposit to secure your rental.
Renters must allow and budget for set up and clean up time to fall within rental times.
Rental periods may be extended based on availability.
All rentals include use of folding chairs and 8' banquet tables.
MPCA staff will be on hand throughout your booking.
Additional services, such as room set up and tear down or bar tending services are available at an addition cost.
